Confined Space

The Confined Space Rescue Team responds to any rescue involving victims trapped or incapacitated in an area having limited or restricted means for entry or exit.

Dive Rescue

The Dive Rescue Team is responsible for rescuing open or ice water drowning victims. In addition to rescue operations, the Team may assist police agencies with evidence, vehicle, or body recovery.

Haz-Mat

High Angle Rescue

The High Angle Rescue Team responds to any rescue that requires rope and related equipment necessary to safely gain access to, and remove victim(s) from, hazardous areas with limited access such as water towers, ravines, high-rise buildings, above or below grade structures or terrain by means of a rope system.

Side Scan Sonar

The side scan sonar team operates the latest in side scan sonar technology which locates objects or victims underwater.

Wildland Team

The Wildland Firefighting Team is responsible for mitigating incidents in areas that are normally very difficult for standard equipped firefighters. This team is specially trained to deal with incidents in open space areas and heavily wooded areas. These incidents usually are not immediately detected causing the fire to grow very large by the time firefighters arrive. These incidents have very large fuel loads and can rapidly advance into homes or neighborhoods.
